As of May 23, 2025 Spicer Campground is open for the summer. Please check back toward the beginning of September/October for closure updates.

North Fork Stanislaus River Hydroelectric Project is owned by Calaveras County Water District and operated by Northern California Power Agency License No. 2409-CA by Federal Energy Regulatory Commission permitted by U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service.

Recreation Facilities are open to the public without discrimination.
